Message Stuck

HELP! I've got a message stuck in my Outbox and I can't delete it.  People are getting dozens of copies of it!  What do I do?

Have no fear, the answer is pretty easy actually.  First put Outlook in Offline mode.

• All versions of Outlook before 2010: Click File and then "Work Offline".
• Outlook 2010: Send/Receive Menu, then click Work Offline.

Then go to the Outbox and delete the item.

Then repeat the first step you did above to put Outlook back in Online mode.
