Text is Very Small

Q: For the last 2 days (only) each time I create a new MS-Outlook email or click on reply to a received email the text is miniaturized. My font is set to Times New Roman size 12 but I have to increase the size to 28 to read my own text. I have mistakenly changed a setting but what?

A: You've probably zoomed way out on your view. In Outlook 2007 or 2010 click the Zoom button on the ribbon or hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and roll the mouse wheel in and out to adjust the Zoom.
